There was an adjustment made in 2000/2001 when the tax year changed from April to Jan to coincide with the calendar year. From memory everyone was awarded an extra 13 contributions.
As you had a few A contributions in the remainder of 2002 my suggestion is that you ceased to be a homemaker in Feb
I think it's time to put your application in and you can continue to query or request a review
