Start up of Brokerage Business

Where could I get good advice on starting up a Financial Broker business?
I am a qualified accountant and have recently been thinking about starting up in my area, as there is not that much competition.

You'd be as well off contacting IFSRA as they'll set you straight on regulatory requirements i.e. what kind of broker exams you'll have to pass, etc.
