Hi,
Hoping somebody can she some light on this topic for me.
I bought a house in 2005 which I never lived in. It has been rented out since through an estate agent. Since June 2007 the tenancy has been registered with the PRTB.
The problem is I have never paid stamp duty on this property and I feel that it won't be long until Revenue begin to chase for this.
HAs anyone been in this situation. Do you think I should pay interest form 2005 or from when tenancy was registered with PRTB.
Any advice is appreciated as I don't have much experience in this area.
