Stamp Duty Query

Hi guys, question in relation to the new stamp duty rates that im hoping to get some clarification on. I have finally bought an old farmhouse on nearly 20 acres and im just wondering how the stamp duty would be apportioned. I was under the inpression that the stamp duty paid would be 1% of the total purchase price.
However I have since been told that a rate of 4% will have to be paid on the agricultural land. I have been on to citizens info and revenue.ie and the only information i can get is the stamp duty rates.
So really my query is, is there a cut off point in the amount of land you can attribute to residential i.e house and x acres stamp duty @ 1% or, does the whole 20 acres have to be valued seperate from the land on which the house sits, and the house itself?
Like I said I cant find any info on this and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

(should have mentioned the house sits in the middle of the 20 acres and all land is in one block if this makes any difference)
