Hi All
Can someone please help me as i see so may contradicting sites, im looking to trade up, sell now rent for 12 months and then buy back in when things settle down. But am i liable for stamp duty according to this im not [broken link removed]
house price is €360,000 (New house) and larger than 125 m2 site is probably worth €80,000
is the site correct am i liable?
