Splitting Tax Credits

I have been on three days a week for a few months. I have now secured a job for the other two days with a different employer.
How do you go about proportioning out your tax credits or get paid by the two employers so that you are not being over taxed by either.

Find out the gross for each job

Calulate the tax using bands/credits

split them so pay low tax in each

ring tax office giving pps number asking them to split bands/credits between employer a and employer b- need their tax numbers( ask them to do from date you are starting second job)
