Split mortgage in PIA

i had a split mortgage approved in August 2016 by Kbc and then the pia in November 2016 even though House was in negative equity we didn’t recieve a right down on any debt on the family home.
My question is can this be addressed before we exit the PIA in 2021 as we have a large portion of the mortgage on the family home wharehoused and it is going to be hard to pay it off over the remaining 15 years of our current mortgage term
 
You could attempt a Variation of the PIA. Your existing PIP is the person best placed to advise. given that your existing PIP deemed it sustainable at the time, it would be challenging to do a Variation.
