Hi All,

I know there are similar posts about recommendations for engineers but I seen none for the Carlow\Kilkenny\Wexford area. Thus I was wondering can anyone recommend a good engineer (need to sign off for stages of mortgage) and to check all is going according to plans. I will hire the tradespeople myself, also does anyone know roughly what the engineer will cost?

Any advise appreciated
 
We had BIG problems with our architect who had to go. We did some research and got alot of positive feedback on a guy called Pat Buttimer. He is straight up, no frills and appears very honest. His fee unlike our architect was flat fee rather then percentage which appealled alot. PM me if you require any additional contact details.

Ps I have no association other then being a so far happy client.
