Have apartment rented out to SDCC on the long term rental scheme for period of eight years.
Rent paid into my account the last Friday of every month. No problems to date. That is the last two years.
Just noticed no rent paid in the last Friday of January. Will chase up on Monday.
Other landlords check your account for January rental payment.

Same position here with SDCC. Rent paid as normal last Friday.
Check that your tax clearance cert is up to date.
 
Thanks Diver. Spot on. Logged into my account and apparently it states I have property tax arrears on the rental every year going back to 2014. I have always paid revenue by direct debit. No problem with Tax Clearance cert 2014-2018. No arrears appearing before January 2019.
I sold my main residence last September and the property tax had to be paid for the year before sale could be completed. Because both the rental and main residence were paid jointly by the same direct Debit I paid both fully for 2018.
Anybody suggest where the arrears have come from? Cheers. D
