sourcing green electric oven

I bought my house 10 years ago and had a nice Neff oven put in. Simple thing, single door, coloured green.

It broke about 3-4 years ago but I repaired it myself. The element had cracked.

Last night it broke again. I don't know what is wrong but it is showing the same symptoms

Seeing as it's 10 years old then it's likely that something else will go on it soon so I was going to replace it, but looking at the usual sites I can't see any green ovens for sale! They are all stainless, black or white. TBH I wouldn't really want any of those in the kitchen. Perhaps the stainless would be the least offensive but we have no other stainless on show except for sink.

Anybody seen any green ovens recently?
 
i know someone with a green single oven so was surprised by your post. But when i searched i can see what you mean! black, white, stainless, even BROWN but no single green.

i had a look on gumtree and there's one there. i don't know the seller and don't want to post a link to the item, just do a search for "green oven " and there are two results. (don't know how you'd feel about using a second hand oven, some people might be a bit iffy about it.) :)
 
Thanks. I wouldn't buy a used one at the moment.
I have taken it apart and can see that the element itself is the problem. I only replaced this 3 years ago (and I replaced the motor a few years back too).

I can get them cheap enough so I'll continue to repair as it's far cheaper than buying a new one.

On that point I found an online shop in Cork selling the part for €80.
In the UK I found a person who would sell for GBP26 + 7.5 shipping.
Later I saw it priced at GBP10.99 + shipping
And then I found an ebayer selling it for GBP4.90+shipping!!

There is a place in Dublin I will ring and if they are about 20-30 I'll just drop into them.
 
In the end the cheapest original equipment part in Ireland was 70euro. I ended up buying from ebay for €35incl shipping. I put the effort in to checking around here but I just can't pay double!
