I'm looking for a litigation solicitor for a professional negligence case. Needs to be able to tackle professional indemnity insurance companies etc.
Small-medium sized case.
Solicitor who is
- experienced in the area of professional litigation [construction if possible]
- Honest, direct and easy to deal with
- extremely responsive and uses initiative
- extremely competent, ie. not wooly, flakey, hard to pin down, doesn't go missing [probably excludes 75% of the profession]
- Fair and transparent in pricing [again 75% immediately excluded].
If you could recommend someone in this vein I'd be much obliged.
Any suggestions or referrals would be gratefully received.
