Hi. Can anyone tell me of good solicitor to use when buying an apartmemt. from the dun laoghaire rathdown area.

We used Kay Coogan Daly in Rathfarnham (i think) & we were very happy with her and she was very reasonable. Not even sure if she's still there! Make sure (regardless who you go with) that you get a fixed price & understand what the extras will be so you don't get a shock down the road.
