Is any reader au fait with the PRSI system in the UK? My husband lived and worked there until 2001 when he came to work in Dublin (and the rest is history!). Before I contact the UK Revenue, does anybody know whether a person who has paid PRSI (or its equivalent) in the UK can transfer those payments or 'stamps' (or the pension, when he becomes old enough) to Ireland? He is now paying PRSI here. Is he entitled to an old age pension in both the UK and Ireland when the time comes?
