Hi. I want to put in an L-shaped showerbath. Plumber says 'shop local' and I really want to, but am getting prices of approx €650-700 all in with screen bath panels etc. About €350 on soak.com (ie version). Could there BE €350-400 difference in quality. I can hear 'you get what you pay for' ringing in my ears but that's a huge difference, right? Anyone used them?

Check the thickness of the material. Can't remember the details but I had a bath put in without knowing anything about the different thickness gauges. The one I got was not suitable for anything heavier than a toy poodle. You could feel it flexing when you stepped in, and it quickly developed a leak. I ended up getting another one with several mm thicker body, so first one was a false economy. You live and learn.

Looking at a folding bath screen in there and curious about the quality.
