Small Claims Court orders booking.com to refund me, but they are ignoring it

They are a great source of information so I use them to find a hotel and then try to book directly.

But in many cases, the deals on booking.com have been better. For example, free cancellation whereas the direct site was not offering it.

But it's getting to a point where the risk of something going wrong is just too high.

A spokesperson said: “We are sorry for the customer’s experience. The hotel was unable to host the guest, and we updated the customer in July, using the email address provided at the time of booking.”

The spokesperson said that following the judgment, Booking.com contacted the court on June 29 to request Mr Walsh’s payment details.

“While we did not receive a response, we will ensure the customer receives the claim, and will update them directly,” they added.
If booking.com updated the customer by using the email provided at booking
Then surly they also would've had the payment details as well so as to provide a refund
Why the need to contact court???
