Small CGT gains and dividends not reported to revenue

Hello,
I have been investing for the past 5 years. I am now buying and holding IShares SP500 ETF (domiciled in Ireland), Berkshire Hathaway, Apple and Alphabet.
In the first few years when I was figuring things out I bought and sold some shares and made some tiny profits (€16 in 2017, €21 in 2018). I thought the CGT exemption of €1270 meant I did not need to declare this but reading today I see you have to register for CGT. Also in the past three years I have received dividends from Apple (€24 in 2021, €16 in 2020 + 2019). I have never filled out a form 11 or registered any of the ETF or share purchases with revenue. None of this was done deliberately, I was new to investing and didn't do a whole amount of research as I was dealing with very small amounts of money. Looking back this was a daft thing to do.

My questions are:

1. Do I need to report these tiny CGT gains and dividend profits to revenue, or should I just leave it and start doing things right from now on out?
2. If I do report them will I end up with some type of penalty even though the amounts are tiny?
3. How do I go about registering for CGT. I've tried doing it on ROS Myaccount but can't figure out a way to do it?
4. Do I have to register the tech stocks I have as well as the Irish domiciled ETF's?
5. Can I register the ETF's (or shares online) or do I have to fill out a physical form 11?

Sorry if these questions seem very simple but no one in my family or any of my friends invest in the stock market so I have to figure everything out myself. I have read books on investing strategies so I have somewhat of an idea what I am doing, but none of these cover the declarations and paperwork you have to do in Ireland.

Thanks
