A friend has a fairly new PC running XP Home with 80GB HDD and 512MB DDR, the problem is it's running slow.
The system has Norton Anitvirus installed and running it doesn't catch a vrius.
It is missing a few Windows patchs so I'll start here.
Looking for ideas on how to do the following and also ensure I don't kill her system:
Eliminate Spam/Malware
Registry clean
Disk cleanup
Defrag
Anything else, step by step please..
