Sky without phone line

Anyone manage to get sky installed recently in Cork without a phone line. I hear they're getting a lot more strict about it.
 
Just signed up to Sky yesterday and was able to get it without a phone line. There was an extra €30 one off charge but that was it.
 
I used an independant installer to install my Sky without a phone line in Cork, great service, no messing. I can PM you there number if you like?
I have no connection with this company.
 
Yes you can install sky+ without a phone line, again you pay a 'once off' charge of ca. €40
 
Ordered it through sky today. 82.50 installation instead of the standard 45. Used the recommend a friend offer they have where both get a free sky+ box. Catch is there's 45eu installation fee also for the existing customer. Granted its cheaper than paying the 149eu for one sky+ box but its still a bit steep when it only going to involve plugging out one box and in the other.
