Sky Anytime TV - limited channels / channels missing

my sky anytime has 5 channels, all of which are documentary only. the kids channels and movies etc have disappeared off it.
Rang Sky - lady told me theres nothing wrong with my sky anytime tv and that sometimes viewing is simply like that. In my other house i have about 20-25 channels to choose from.

Can anyonme shed some light on this for me please? I think theres a tech fault but she`s telling me thats simply the way it is

Well. thats a rubbish explanation from Sky. Its meaningless - do they expect you to think that channels just appear/disappear again as if by magic ? They control it, so someone at Sky is messing around with the system causing you to lose channels. Pester them a bit more.
 
i was thinking that. something was amisss about the whole thing. i`ll def ring them again tonight. you think its just a tech fault so?
 
thanks, handy site. When I got home last night nearly all the channels were back accept the movie selections on anytimeTV.. grrrr. nearly there tho....
