Sixt Car rental over charge

Hi guys

After a run in with Ryanair on my way to Spain last month *girl at the check in left the desk for 20 minutes then came back and then said I was too late to check in......*
I missed my flight and subsequently missed picking up my rental car which I had hired for the week, firm was closed for the evening.
I got a car from sixt for 1 day to get me to where I was going and then I left the car back the next day but I got charged for 2 days.

I had the car for less than 12 hours. Sixt appeared helpful at first, if a little slow to respond. But since I gave them proof that I left the car back a day earlier than they originally claimed, they have stopped responding to me.

What can I do now? Thanks in advance.
