I doubt any amount of comments on Instagram one month out will change anything in the budget but you can at least add your view to the list his social media manager reads.

Usc flat rate of about 4% for everyone to a high value of 100k in the absence of its abolition
College fees back to marginal tax rate deduction and a reduction to 2000
Vat on home heating, electric as a deductible
Transport costs- public and private as a deductible

Index link the increase in 20% tax band for married couples with only one earner. This has been locked at 9k for years. This is a stealth tax against these couples.

Index link the over 65 tax credit.

Index link the electricity allowance in the household benefits package. This has been locked at €1.15 per day for years. This barely covers the standing charges.

25% increase in dole and other welfare payments.
500% increase for CAB/GBFI funding, along with the creation of a specific unit to focus on political and banking corruption
Increase in Corporation Tax to 40%
Increase CGT, CAT, inheritance tax to 55%
Eliminate farmers' subsidies
Reduce HSE budget by 40%
All prisoners to be released with the exception of those serving time for serious offences such as treason, fraud, murder, rape, child abuse.
Any prisoners thus released who committed crimes due to addiction and/or mental illness to be granted an apology from the state and put into rehab
Prison officers salaries to be reduced by 60%
Eliminate any welfare payments to the psychiatrist/psychology profession.
AGS salaries to be reduced by 70% and overtime to be eliminated with the exception of those serving the state, as above.
VRT and motor tax abolished
Car insurance to be made optional
Abolishment of the NCT scheme
500% increase in the budget for national defence.
Military service compulsory for all over the age of 18 for a minimum period of 12 months, with some exceptions and derogations

Of course - and this should go without saying- it's a ludicrous and terribly bad idea, government by Instagram. One might as well decide policy by seeing what pop bands Simon Cowell is recommending on Pop Idol.

Harris's job is to be the Taoiseach, for which he is very well paid.
