Hello again. It's looking like the bank are going to give me the mortgage, fingers crossed. They said they'd let me know for definite on Friday, I thought they'd tell me today, but they took their time with the valuation, even though I TOLD them the contracts had to be signed before next Wednesday.
So, if I get approval on Friday, is there something else that has to happen, have they to write to me or something? Because I'm anxious to get the contracts signed ASAP and I don't want it to be delayed any more.
I really want this house and I'm afraid there's another stage (after they offer me approval over the phone) that I don't know about.
