Sick pay question

Hi,

My wife is in the early stages of pregnancy and the hospital has told her to take it easy, she is not working, however she is doing further education to become a care assistant, she gets paid approx 200euros per week.

My question is if she is unable to attend her classes, would she be entitled to any sick pay from the soical welfare?
