Should payslip show Tax Credits

Just wondering should a payslip actually show your Tax Credits as I know revenue sent you the Tax Credits but when I look at my payslip I just don't see Tax Credits been deducted. I know they are as I have done the online income salary calculations. I thought you used to be able see the Tax Credits. cheers

Mine does at the bottom along with gross taxable, cut off point and pension. They have a This Period and YearToDate line.
