:confused: Should I rent or sell?? :confused:

Have one bed apartment up for sale (in nice quiet area, with train and bus 10 mins walk. Only 3 other apartments in building). Have got offers of 60 grand less than asking price but have refused same due to negative equity. Have the outstanding amount saved but wanted to use for deposit for house and stamp duty. Should one keep apartment, rent it and buy house in 6 months or so. Or would one recommend to sell apartment and use savings to get rid of same?
