I am going to be made redundant in a few months from a PAYE job, I also have a partnership setup that does not or has never made any money, will this affect signing on for Job seekers allowance? Should I dissolve? Or could it qualify for Back to Work Enterprise Allowance if I put a business plan in place, can I start now or do I have to wait until I am finished work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
