What are our best options? Avant for 5 yrs or ?

On rates alone it's probably Avant or ICS. You can get 1.95% with both. Which is better depends on your personal circumstances.

For the aggressive repayer ICS offer the ability to overpay by 20% of the balance each year. With Avant it's 10% of balance per year (and only in the form of 2 extra payments per year). That's still pretty good.

The advantage of Avant over ICS are the fact you can get the 1.95% fixed for 7 years. But they also offer 2.1% for 10 years term.
