Hi, any advice appreciated.
Short term loan required €215k max of 6 months.
Assets: Business premises €230k.
Assets: House 1 €235k.
Assets: House 2 €310k.
No mortgage on the above.
House 1 is sale agreed but as in chain could take 3 months before final sale.
Business premises for sale and negotiating offers below asking price.
No CGT on either sale.
My bank AIB don't do short term loans.
