Back in February I sold some American Stock, for several months Sharewatch did not credit my Euro account with the proceeds until I enquired about the proceeds .........they claim that I should have instructed them to credit the proceeds to my account ......now I find that they have stuck me with the foreign exchange loss......can anybody explain to me if this practice is legit........on the same note when I phoned Sharewatch last Friday they quoted me the balance of my account that I expected but when I logged in online the balance was less the FX loss. Anybody any ideas ??.
