Share Divi & Withholding Tax Help

I received a dividend (3%) from Aer Lingus in 2012, 20% was taken off by the company as withholding tax.
Could anyone tell what the withholding tax rate was for 2013 (4% divi) as moved to a new broker and got a nett cash dividend off them?

DWT on Irish dividends is 20%. You should get the dividend voucher for you file.
