HI,
Looking to create a US Company to work with a partner over in Arizona. Does anyone have a recommendation of any accountants that will provide good advice on the various issues such as Legal, Taxaxtion and other regulatory issues that would be involved?

Any of the larger firms will have experience with this. Although the fees that these firms charge are very expensive. I understand the first consultation is free so you can always give them a call. A local accountant in Arizona is your best bet. If you provide more details you might get more info on here i.e.

  1. Where will the company offices be physically located
  2. Where is the activity of the company taking place
  3. Where do the directors reside
