Hello
I'm one of a few people setting up a summer camp and we would like to allow for online booking & payment for parents who are not available to turn up in person for registration. The plan is to have a link on a Facebook page. We are expecting approximately 60 registrations. We need to keep this as simple as possible as we are only going to be running this a few times a year (maybe twice) and ideally we don't want it to cost too much. Can anyone suggest the best way to do this e.g. Paypal and pros / cons of using any suggested service. None of us have any know-how here . Also apologies if I've not chosen collect forum.

Simplest way is to get those who are interested to turn up in person. Have a variety of times for registration.

PayPal is free for personal use but they charge for setting up a business account.

Even with a personal account you will be charged a fee for charging them. E.g. you ask for €50 ... PayPal may take €2 of that leaving you short. The only way of countering this is to get the online payers to pay more/extra charge.

As you are only doing it once/maybe twice a year, the simplest solution is to get them to turn up in person.
