Have one of these systems in place about 17yrs.... put in a new soak pit area few years back as we are in a very wet area with a high water table... anyway bout 6weeks back flashing light on system ... got tank emptied and pump checked. Few weeks ago light on again.... guy replaced a part on pump and all ok... now after snow melt light again. Waiting for guy to check pump but am beginning to think issue cud be with tanks as I haven’t heard them make any noise lately. So if fibre damaged and needs replacing where do I head.... been on to BNM who we used to have service with but a lady told me no longer deal with this... is this true? So where now? The guy doing the pump may be able to help but just checking on here also.... tks!
