Selling to Dublin City Council.

Has anyone had any experience of selling to the council? Anyone know of any pros or cons?

Sold a house to them around three years ago, it all went smoothly, no worries....

I found a reference to it on the DCC website. It can be done alot quicker than normal apparently but do they offer what the house is worth or a few grand cheaper?
