does anyone here have experience of selling to any of our County Councils? One has last week agreed to buy a property of mine through an Estate Agent. they offered 10,000Euros below asking price (335k as opposed to 345k asking price). I am delighted to accept their offer as to say I am extremely bearish about the housing market is an understatement.
Does anyone have any experience of them pulling out of deals? Or indeed, have they been quick in signing contracts?
