hello,
I was wondering what are the pitfalls of selling an apartment on an auction?
We would like to sell quite fast and seems like putting it on an auction is the fastest way (the purchase has to happen within 4 weeks after the auction).
Did anyone have experience selling property via online auction?
What are the average fees? Who and how the reserve is determined by? What are the other things that need to be considered?
