I bought 80 ordinary shares in Galen Hldgs in 2001. Galen is now trading as Warner Chilcott. My question is, is my original share certificate trade-able? If not, what do I do / should I have done?
I don't know anything about the WC/Galen history but if/when WC took over Galen then I would have expected you to be contacted and either paid or issued with share certificates in the merged company. You should probably contact the WC/Galen registrars Computershare in case you need to have the share certificates reissued/replaced.
