Selling house before moving to Ireland

Hello. Here is the situation. I'm from Belarus and moving to Ireland.
January - April I live in Belarus and am officially employed there. Since April I've been leaving in Ireland and officially work for the Irish company(and plan to stay here going forward). Prior to moving to Ireland I sold an apartment (not a primary residence one). As per our local tax laws as it is my first sale within 5 years I don't need to pay any taxes on it. The money received from the sale was then transferred to Ireland bank account and used here going forward.
Should I pay the capital gain tax for this money in Ireland? Formally for this year, I'm considered the tax resident in Ireland (as more than 183 days will be spent here) but the apartment sale itself had been done prior to moving here. I read about split-year treatment but sounds like it's only applicable for employment and not the capital gain.
