We're thinking of selling our 3 bed semi-D in Dublin and moving to Wexford, possibly in the next four months or so - we've had the house about 8 years and as our family grew (with the arrival of kids) we added a small extension on the back (about 3 years ago) which did not require planning.
If we wish to sell the house now do we have to have some documentation in relation to the extension before a sale can go through?
I'm trying to pre-empt any "surprises" we might get when we come to sell....
Any advice/comments would be much appreciated.
