Selling a mobile home

I am thinking of buying a new mobile home on site in Wexford for 50k. If I want to sell it in say 2 years time how does it work? I don't want to sell the van by itself as it's worth more on a site.

I'm guessing I would have to get the park owner to advertise it but do they set the price or charge a commission or fee? They were quite vague when I asked them. Any opinions appreciated.

The site would have fees set out for buying and selling.
You can advertise it as you own the home but you only lease the land,check your contract with the site owner

A lot of sites insist on you buying the mobile home from them and selling back to them and will not allow you to sell to a third party directly. You should check this out for sure as it can be a big loss.
