Selling a house

I live outside Ireland but need to sell a house in a city in Ireland. It needs a small bit of work to make it sale ready.
Anyone know of a service provider (solicitor / estate agent for example) whom can take care of everything? i.e. arranging the repairs / selling it / the legal work.

It helps it you would say which city the house is in.

A solicitor is not going to do this. An estate agent would though. But it would be better to do it yourself. I sold a house while living abroad, but I had relations where necessary. Never met the solicitor, but I did meet the auctioneer, once.

As Bronte has said, an estate agent will usually do this. A friend of mine used Earnest in Dublin city centre for something similar recently. But I imagine most will do it.
