Self employed less than 2yrs-any chance of a mortgage?

Im currently self employed since the beginning of 2016. Turning a profit and paying myself a decent salary.
I do already have a mortgage on a property but ideally I would like to move closer to where the work is. From every thing I've read on similar forums banks seem to be looking for 2 years accounts minimum? Has anyone successfully gotten around this?
 
Did you try Pepper? They have more relaxed lending rules. I know Ulster and KBC ask for 2 years accounts. AIB who we went with asked for 3 years but gave us the best rate. Pepper had the worst rate but not by much.
