self build mortgages from AIB

Anyone have any experience of getting a self build mortgage from AIB? Looking for site cost and building cots from them . Any advice would be helpful.

Am I right in saying they give 90% of site cost
 
I found that AIB offerred me a lesser mortgage amount than the likes of EBS or FirstActive (I know dearer APR).

They also wouldn't offer me 90% of site. I think it was 80%.

They also wouldn't give it on a site with OPP - It had to be FPP.
