Seeking permission to use video

Hi,
does anyone know if I can use footage from a video hosted on Yahoo.com, on a website that I run. The link goes to Yahoo.com and looks like it belongs to that company rather than uploaded by a Yahoo member. I can't find any contact details on their site - even an email address. I'm assuming I'd need permission before using it. Anyone any idea how this works?
