Health Insurance Seeking cover - 22 year old

I am seeking advice on to where exactly to get information about getting basic level cover for my 22 year old young lad .

I’m trying to get him off my policy but don’t want him to have nothing -
It’s costing me 27 euro a week for a discounted adult rate for him reasonable level of cover …
I intend to purchase it for him as a Xmas present maybe for 12 months ….

He will be a daddy next year I think it’s important to have something in these circumstances…. I’m totally confused dipping in / out - of the huge array of policies out there ….. thank you , D

If he gets a policy for just himself what about the cover for baby and partner so just wondering if the policy will be relevant in the next 12 months.
