Any suggestions, advice, past experience welcome here.
Girlfriend and I are looking to get a second mortgage and rent or sell my house I'm living in at the moment.
Mortgage of 200K
No Loans, no debt, and no credit cards.
Combined income of 70k a year,
at the moment just have enough saved for a booking deposit on a place.
House we have at the moment has increased in value by about 65 thousand.
Moved out of Dublin over a year ago, but as it happens we have to move back due to us both getting better offers at work.
Anyone give rough idea of how much I could get on a second mortgage?
Anyone been in this type of situation before?
I'm kind of dismayed at prices in Dublin, which was the compelling factor to move originally.
Ideally would be looking at moving south side. Closer to Sandyford/Dundrum the better.
Again any comments welcome.
