Looking to buy a second property in the south west with a view to relocating in three to four years time, in the meantime doing it up and using for holidays. It will not be rented out and my current property will be sold when we move lock stock and barrel. Are there any tax implications here, other than initial stamp duty on purchase of second property and property tax. When we come to sell our primary residence will there be any CGT due? Thanks
