Second direct debit late

As per subject line, I signed up for the direct debit option to pay the household charge. The first one was taken middle of March basically on the expected day from my AIB current account. I noted the second one should be taken on 14th May but just checked there and nothing has been taken yet. Anybody else have the second payment debited?
