SCSB Calculation and Maternity Benefit

Unpaid maternity is excluded from the 36 months so roll back equivalent period before the 36 months and use earnings from then.
 
Apparently
If you received any kind of benefit during unpaid maternity leave like the health insurance no matter how minimum it is then they cant roll the weeks back. This is extremely unfair. And yes maternity benefit is taxable so a person that received company topup the scsb only takes into account what the employer paid. If the employer paid 0 then it can rolled back
