Hi folks;
I have an option of taking a SCSB package at work but need to find out the following for definite please;

The formula is A X B / 15 - C which is fine but it is the exact value of A that I cannot get a definite answer on;

In my final payslip, a lot of untaken holiday pay will be included. This will be fully taxable of course but I just need to know is this holiday pay definitely included (OR excluded)
in the final calculation of A......i.e value A is calculated as average remuneration over the previous 36 months to the date of leaving, and includes salary & BIK's, so I am assuming holiday pay payable on my last day would be included in the overall average calculation of remuneration over the past 36 months but as it is quite of a lot of holiday pay I just need to be sure!
Many Tks folks....

Unless some of the holiday pay dates back beyond the 36mths then I don't see why it wouldn't be included...

I agree mandelbrot but its so hard to find out for definite on the revenue website etc...however it def makes sense that it would be included as none of the holiday pay extends back beyond the 36 mths and I believe it just goes under Schedule E of taxation which makes it part of final 'normal' remuneration.....
